Event Overview

When a large corporate client wanted to celebrate the accomplishments of its global top-performers, they chose Cleveland, OH as the location for their 3-day conference. A Google search led the event planner to ECE’s website where she connected with entertainment consultant, Brad Strouse.

At past conferences, the company experienced challenges with attendee engagement during the sponsored evening activities. They knew they needed to elevate the experience at their next conference if they wanted full audience participation.

The client initially requested a national artist to perform 1-2 sets at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, however overcoming logistics and budget constraints were a challenge. After much discussion, the client opted for a high-end cover band with a national artist add-on. Additionally, they received specialty entertainers for a separate speakeasy-themed event and a solo performer for the pre-main event festivities.
